I cancelled my trial and they won’t refund
I cancelled my able trial within days and yet for ten weeks they charged me $35. I’ve given them $350 (!!) which they refuse to refund. They’re the worst.
---- Update ---
Don't believe their customer service. They replied below but their customer service only keeps on pointing me to the terms, not addressing that I cancelled. I posted about this on Instagram too and several other users have the same experience. Do not use this terrible service. And @Able, if you want really solve the problem, you have my email. Send me the refund.

This is complete nonsense
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. You pay, they take you to a QR code that takes you to a different app... You get an auto email with no links to anything. I closed the page with the QR code now have no way of downloading anything. There's no health app by that name in the iTunes app store. AND if you look at their website there's no SIGN IN button, only sign up. BECAUSE ITS A SCAM WEBSITE. I cancelled immediately, so they better not keep billing like I see others have complained about.
This app is serious scammer..
This app is serious scammer... they took 55 USD for nothing .
Coaching ROCKS, data SUCKS!
My coach Amy was absolutely amazing. I cannot thank her enough for her insights and encouragement. Her background in fitness AND nutrition was quite helpful. She specifically gave me advice regarding my protein intake that was quite eye opening and has made an important change in my diet for what I perceive to certainly be the better.
I would recommend Able —and without question Amy as a knowledgeable, motivational and wonderful coach!
The only reason I didn’t give Able 5 stars is the apps lack of integration with other health/fitness apps. I had to double record everything! It is VERY FRUSTRATING. I had to manually enter my weight, physically take a picture of everything I ate and upload each separate workout to Able. I never did figure out where their step counter got its number — it never synced to any other app I have.
As wonderful as Amy was I cannot imagine how frustrating the lack of empirical data had to be for her. I’m sending screenshots of workouts from 2-3 different apps and she would have to compile that somehow on her end because the app had ZERO FUNCTIONALITY. It really was pathetic.
When they upgrade their technology and integrate their data collection, I may go back, but until then almost $80 a month is a lot of money to have to be their data entry clerk!
