Meet V-LO: The Louisiana Renaissance Man Conquering Music, Film, TV and More.

In the world of entertainment, it's rare to find a true multi-hyphenate talent - someone who can navigate the vastly different worlds of music, film, television, and more with equal mastery. Enter Vernon "V-LO The Maestro" Wiggins, the Louisiana-based creative force who is quickly making a name for himself across multiple mediums.

V-LO has already accomplished more than many achieve in a lifetime. He's a Top 100 Apple Music charting hip-hop artist with 4 acclaimed albums under his belt. He's worked alongside major acts like Kevin Gates, Young Buck, Project Pat, and Just Brittany. He's had roles in popular films like "My Side Piece Hit The Lotto" and "A Life To Choose" as well as the TV series "The College Tour."

But V-LO's most impressive feat may be his latest film "Problematic Intentions," which just had its wildly successful premiere in his home state of Louisiana. The psychological thriller, which he produced and starred in, sold out the Delta Grand Theatre in Opelousas for its debut screening.

"It was an incredible feeling to see the community come out and support the film with such enthusiasm," V-LO said. "The crowd was electrically charged, cheering and clapping throughout. It's validating as producer to connect with your audience like that."

In "Problematic Intentions," V-LO plays a complicated role alongside an impressive cast including Zunitria Butler, Leah Franklin, Jairus Milton, Devin Steward, Charline Rubin, Jay Ashton, and Craig Malveaux III. The film was directed by Georgi Hernandez.

Georgi had such a clear creative vision for the movie and did an amazing job bringing it to life," V-LO said. "And the cast, top to bottom, gave incredible performances that really elevated the material."

While the 1st premiere was just recently, "Problematic Intentions" is showing no signs of slowing down at the box office as word-of-mouth continues to spread about this compelling, twisty thriller. Critics have praised the film's character work and plethora of shocking developments.

"We knew we had something special on our hands, but to see it connecting with audiences on this level is immensely gratifying," V-LO said. "My hope is that it continues to find new audiences and fans."

Of course, the film is just the latest accomplishment in V-LO's skyrocketing career. Last December, he received his doctorate degree from LECBU, proving his abilities extend far beyond just entertainment. He's a true renaissance man, combining intellectual pursuit with creative passion.

"Education has always been vitally important to me, and I'm proud to be able to inspire young people to pursue their academic goals," he said. "But I also want to show them that you can blend that intelligence and dedication with artistry."

Indeed, V-LO's ability to flow seamlessly between everything is a big part of what makes him so unique and compelling. It's a balance he's always strived to strike.

"As an artist, I never want to be put in a box or have limits placed on my creativity based on expectations or pre-conceptions," he explained. "If I wake up feeling inspired to write a new song one day, I'll do that. If an amazing acting opportunity comes my way the next, I'll prepare for the role. I'm always going to follow my inspirations and passions wherever they lead."

That open, diversified approach has served V-LO well so far, allowing him to build a great career filled with musical achievements, film roles, business initiatives, and more. But if his recent success is any indication, this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to his potential impact.

"I'm always working on new ideas and new projects across all the creative sectors," he said. "Films, albums, business ventures, you name it. I plan on continuing to push my boundaries and showing the world everything I can do."

With his entrepreneurial mindset, educational pedigree, and prestigious talents, Vernon "V-LO The Maestro" Wiggins seems destined to leave an undeniable mark on entertainment for years to come. If his compelling film "Problematic Intentions" represents just a small sample of what he's capable of, audiences should buckle up. This multi-talented film producer is just getting started.
