The 3rd Mr. J&K WFF Bodybuilding Competition concluded on a high note at Tagore Hall, Srinagar, on August 1, 2024. The two-day event, held from July 31 to August 1, saw participation from around 50 athletes hailing from different parts of Jammu and Kashmir. Competitors displayed remarkable dedication and strength as they vied for the prestigious titles in various categories.
The competition’s highlight was the thrilling finale where Mr. Bilal Rah secured the top spot in the bodybuilding category. Facing 10 tough contenders, Bilal Rah stood out with his exceptional physique and conditioning, earning him the overall winner’s title.
Expressing his joy after the win, Rah credited his coach, Mr. Anas Jeelani, for his success. “This achievement reflects not just my hard work but also the unwavering guidance and support of my coach. I am immensely grateful for his belief in my potential,” he said.
